General conditions

The following conditions ("Terms") regulate the sale of any climbing holds and other products ("Products") offered by TriPoint Holds ("Seller"), the customer ("Buyer"), excluding any other conditions that the Buyer may try to impose on the Seller based on any order or otherwise, unless separate terms have been agreed. The buyer is aware that when buying products offered by the Seller, he is not allowed to use trademarks and trade names, company logos or patents of the Seller, unless otherwise agreed in a special agreement.

Confidentiality and protection of information
The Seller declares that all personal data is confidential and will be used only to implement the contract with the Buyer, and these data will not be made public or provided to third parties, etc., Except data needed to transport goods or the payment method for the goods ordered (use of name and shipping address).

Order processing
- All orders are considered binding.
- If the prices of goods change during processing and sending, the Buyer will get the goods for the price valid in the order placed.
- Seller reserves the right to contact the Buyer by phone or e-mail to verify or clarify uncertainties regarding the order, e.g. missing or inaccurate data, etc.

Payment rules

The buyer can make a payment in the following way:

a) cash payment upon personal collection
b) payment by bank transfer
c) payment via Paypal

The Buyer will receive the data and the amount to be paid in the order confirmation and by email along with the price of the parcel and packaging in accordance with the applicable services.
Ordered goods will be prepared and sent in accordance with the delivery date after receiving the payment.
The goods remain the property of the Seller until the moment of payment. The ownership of the Products passes to the Buyer upon receipt by the Seller of the full payment of all amounts due under the Products, including taxes and delivery costs. The risk passes to the customer when the product leaves the warehouse of the seller.

Withdrawal from the contract
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that he did not order the goods in person and was delivered via a forwarding agent. If the Buyer decides to withdraw from the contract within this period, he must meet the following conditions:
Goods sent and delivered to the address of the Seller must be in the original packaging, undamaged, unused and complete (including accessories, instruction manual, etc.) With a copy of the proof of purchase. We recommend insurance of the goods. If any of the above conditions are not met, the Seller has the right to reject the returned goods or reduce the value for which the goods will be accepted back. If all the above conditions for returning the goods are met, the money for the goods will be sent by bank transfer to the account within 30 days of receipt of the goods by the Seller.

Tax and customs duties

The prices on the Seller's website include VAT due.
If the buyer is from a non-EU country, he may be charged with duties and taxes for purchases made online.


Unless agreed otherwise in writing, the Seller shall not be responsible for the installation of the Products sold.
The warranty conditions for the goods are regulated by the legal provisions in force on the territory of the Republic of Poland.

Limitation of liability

In no event shall the Seller be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages of any kind.

Final provisions
These General Conditions are effective and supersede all previous provisions. The Seller reserves the right to change these General Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
