All purchased items are combined into one order. The weight of individual articles is added up to a total weight. The weights can be found in the respective offer descriptions.
The shipping costs are therefore only once, no matter how many items you purchase.

Climbing holds are generally dispatched within 3-5 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS. Because of a lot of orders and the complicated situation packages are shipped within 1-2 weeks.

Other stuff like wooden volumes need 2-6 weeks and we individually inform about the shipping date.
Oversized orders will be shipped on a palet by Pekaes. There can apply additional costs, so we will contact You before sending.

Before accepting a shipment from a forwarder, check the condition of the shipment (number of packages, damage, etc.) in accordance with the attached delivery note and refuse to accept an incomplete or damaged parcel. A damaged or incomplete shipment should be immediately reported to the email address info@tripoint-holds.com. The damage report must be signed by the shipper and sent to us by e-mail. If the buyer accepts the parcel by signing the forwarding agent's documents, he has no right to make a warranty claim for a damaged or incomplete parcel, and we will not have a basis for submitting a complaint to the forwarding agent, and thus compensating the buyer.
